Far east CARE memory care services are focused firmly on the individual. Dementia slowly interferes with one’s mental ability to manage everyday life. Our memory care services create a safe and stimulating environment for those with dementia. Helps minimise changing behavioral and cognitive symptoms, supervises activities of daily living and supports the family.
Pallative Care
Palliative care allows terminally ill clients and has the opportunity to stay and wish to stay with family and familiar surroundings and in the comfort of their home
Far East Care team offer their caregiving services, but can also provide support and advice to families who may be experiencing this situation for the first time.
Live in Care
A major benefit of our service is the constant 24-hour care and companionship you receive at home from a career’s who is dedicated to your needs. The support can be as varied as you wish, involving personal care and continence care, support with medication or helping with restricted mobility.
